Banana Cookies
Do you like to eat something sweet while drinking your coffee, but consider purchased cookies full of empty carbohydrates? Try the following banana cookies. They are easy to prepare and can be mixed with anything.
Ingredients
- flakes
- banana
- prunes / nuts / chocolate protein…
Preparation
First, mash a banana in a bowl. Then add whole oatmeal (or other) flakes, finely chopped prunes, nuts or chocolate protein and mix properly.
Shape the sticky mass on a baking sheet into low round cookies and bake at 180 °C for 10 to 20 minutes.
Tip: If you want cocoa cookies, just add cocoa to the mixture.
