My consultations focused on nutrition involve measuring the current composition of your body using a bioimpedance weighing machine. Subsequent analysis and recommendations are suitable if you plan to change your current eating habits and either reduce or gain weight. During the consultation, I will discuss your current diet with you and recommend you how to divide macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats) properly throughout the day in accordance with the desired intent. We may also talk about simple and quick recipes. I can recommend you where to buy the right food. I will be pleased to advise you on appropriate dietary supplements and vitamins, too.
The physical analysis (measuring using a bioimpedance weighing machine) which is part of the consultation (not necessarily, if you have no interest in it) include an analysis of the ratio of muscles, water and fat in the body. In addition to measuring your BMR, the machine also determines which parts of your body store fat or show the amount of visceral fat. We may also discuss sports activities that would be most suitable for you. The consultation lasts for 90 minutes.
