I'm a nutritional counselor and personal trainer. I provide comprehensive counseling services in the field of nutrition, sports and healthy lifestyle. I keep a close eye on the current development in these areas, regularly extend my education, and take interest in new trends.
Who I Am
Sport has been my life since childhood. As I grow up, I discovered my inner passion for fitness and decided to fully focus on it. I provide services in the field of fitness and healthy lifestyle. Although I specialize in training girls and women, men are welcome as well. I focus mainly on bodyweight exercising, functional and fitness training. However, I do not resist any forms of machine exercising or weigh training either. You will always find the right encouragement, empathy, motivation and friendly atmosphere at my training sessions.
