Individual Training Plan
Based on a complete medical history and diagnosis of your body, I will create a training program tailored to your health, goals and time capacity. The training plan will be regularly updated according to the response of your body and your results (approx. once in every 5 to 6 weeks) in order to avoid stagnation.
Depending on your goals, the training plan may be focused on preventing and reducing back pain, body shaping and weight loss, muscle mass gaining, physical condition etc. I do not prepare training plans online, only after prior consultation and initial diagnostics. General dietary guidelines are included in the training plan. I create training plans both for fitness centers and outdoor training.
I'm a nutritional counselor and personal trainer. I provide comprehensive counseling services in the field of nutrition, sports and healthy lifestyle. I keep a close eye on the current development in these areas, regularly extend my education, and take interest in new trends.
