Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 125 g of rolled oats
  • 3.5 spoons of protein
  • a little water
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 3 little spoons of lemon juice
  • or lemon peel to be grated into the dough

Cream:

  • 625 g of curd cheese
  • 5 spoons of plain yoghurt
  • 3 small eggs

Preparation:

Prepare two bowls. Mix rolled oats and protein, add honey, lemon juice or lemon peel and a little water in the first bowl. Mix everything together to create a sticky matter. Put it in a cake pan and bake separately at 180 °C for 5 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare a cream in the second bowl. Whisk the eggs and mix them together with curd cheese and yoghurt. When the dough is removed from the oven, pour the cheese mixture on the cake base and bake again at 180 °C for approx. 20 to 25 minutes.

After baking, the cake must get cold well not to lose its shape. When it is cold, remove the cake from the pan. You can spread some yoghurt on it and garnish it using nuts or seeds.
