Exercising while breathing fresh air is not only healthier than exercising in the gym, but it also has other benefits you will learn in this article. There are many ways to exercise outdoors, which does definitely not mean you have to say good-bye to your personal trainer. You can exercise outdoors together.

Before I start giving you tips on all the kinds of outdoor exercises, let's look at the reasons why exercising outdoors is actually so good:

 Absorbing vitamin D - essential for bones, but also hormones that control all important body functions

 No entrance fees 

 Large variability of locations

Now let's take a look at possible outdoor activities. In addition to common activities such as running, cycling, in-line skating and ball games, there are many parks with workout machines or other exercising tools installed. People who engage less in sports can use trekking poles, which will help burn more calories compared to normal walking.

TRX is another very popular activity. This kind of workout involves two adjustable suspension straps that can be hung outside or fastened to the ceiling at home using carabiners. When performing a TRX training, a part of body is suspended from the straps while the other stays in contact with the ground. You can perform various pulls or press-ups.

Do you know Nike dynamic training? Thanks to this workout, you can exercise the whole body. You will keep moving and not only strengthen but also stretch your muscles. Personal trainers can help you set up a plan for summer exercises e.g. in the form of circular workouts that can be done without machines.
