Meat Tortillas
Do you like exotic cuisines, but consider most of them too caloric? Make your own tortillas at home! Not only will you save calories, but you will also enjoy the taste much more. And that’s definitely worth it!

Ingredients
- whole-wheat tortilla
- chicken meat
- curd cheese / yogurt
- various vegetables – tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, spinach ...
- garlic, herbs, spices, salt, pepper
Meat marinade
- peanut butter
- balsamic vinegar
- honey
- garlic (dried)
- curry
- salt & pepper
Preparation
First, put the meat in a marinade made of peanut butter, balsamic vinegar and honey and leave it to stand for a while. In the meantime, prepare a curd cheese or yogurt dressing. You can also prepare the dressing using garlic, herbs or other strong ingredients. Then cut the vegetables into small pieces.
After that, roast the chicken, heat the tortilla according to the instructions either in a microwave oven or on a steamer. Then simply put the prepared ingredients – fried meat, vegetables, dressing – on the tortilla.
Finally, roll a classic tortilla and you can serve it.
Tip: Tortillas are a great take-away lunch.
