A fast and very tasty dessert that can be prepared in different ways according to your taste.

Fitness marble cake

Ingredients:

  • 3.5 cups of rolled oats
  • 3 spoons of protein
  • 1 little spoon of cinnamon
  • 1 - 2 little spoons of soda ash
  • 250 g of curd cheese
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 - 2 spoons of honey
  • 1 little spoon of coconut oil (not necessary)
  • 150 ml of milk
  • sunflower seeds, walnuts

Preparation:

Mix rolled oats, protein, cinnamon and soda in a bowl. Add curd cheese, fork-crushed bananas, eggs, honey and milk. You can also pour sunflower seeds and crushed walnuts.

Add coconut oil directly into the dough, or use it to grease the cake pan. Pour the dough into the pan and bake at 180 °C for approximately 40 minutes depending on the size of the cake. After 20 minutes, cover the pan in the oven with baking paper to prevent the cake from burning.
